Have spoken to my dietician and she's happy for me to continue on the program, but has reminded me I'll still have a lot of hard work to do once I've finished Optifast to establish correct meal planning and habits...but I'd rather do that as a lean mofo than a fat carnt haha. BUT my biggest reasoning is that my doctor feels my health issues are all weight related, so the quicker I can dump weight the quicker it helps him determine if that's true, or if there's more to it. Seeing him tomorrow morning anyway, so will discuss Optifast with him then.I feel great though. I also have an app that tracks my sleep and the last 3 nights have shown that I'm snoring a whole heap less (only 5 mins last night)! When I started using it (at my heaviest) I was snoring for nearly an hour or more all up a night.Scales say 108.65 this morning btw...which is 6.2kgs less than first thing in the morning before I flew up to site last week

I was looking at the Vivosmart on Ebay and there are a few without the HR monitor for around $140 or so - should I spend the extra and get the HR monitor? Is it worth it? And will it be a pain in the ass to carry around everywhere?
