I weighed myself this morning, in the same attire I always do (nekkid, helicoptering the sh1t outta my d00dle, as you do, insert wolf whistle), and 110.2kg sprung up on the scales!!! 200g.... When I weighed myself on NYE, I was 123kg. So im damn close!Whilst I was at the gym this morning, the lady who signed me up originally queried me on one of my "alternative" cardio exercises, and she also stated that she thinks I shouldn't lose any more weight, cut back on the cardio, and start weight training. I have also received a similar comment from another close female, they both stated that I should ease up - they don't like the "drawn out" look of the face. I personally would like to hit 108.9kg, fully clothed in gym attire - this particular weight is the lightest I ever was for a long time, and six months ago I thought it would be totally unattainable. I hit 108 about 2 years ago, after a stint overseas on deployment. I think psychologically id like to hit it, just to remind myself that nothing is impossible (thanks nike lol), and if you want something bad enough, you'll do whatever it takes to get it.I'll be interested to see what the scales say tomorrow morning - I had a big go this morning at the gym, and also rode to work and will be riding home. But if I haven't lost anything or even popped a bit on it wont deter me, that's just the nature of the game.Motivator. What can I say?!?! I totally considered driving to work tonight, rode my pushie instead. Thanks for all the inspiration and drive!

I've gone up to 110. Even with negative calories. Not sure how that works. Goal sub 103 less than 15 percent BF.PS I stopped helicoptering during my morning weigh ins. On the up swing my weight could vary by just under 3 kg. Edited 04/03/15 06:39 PM by Kimberley Scott

I've always been fairly broad though, and at 75kg in uni I had a 6 pack and people told me I was too skinny.Good job Mick and Biz, great efforts boys! This thread was a great idea fluff, I think we're all finding it really useful.

Once the fat is gone ill be doing bulking training muscle wise. I do 45mins cardio and 45 weights each day. I only target one major muscle group at any time. Back and shoulders are much bigger. Arms are getting there. I can bounce my pecks now with out having to jump. Lol. Also taking progress pics along the way.I need a new belt for work now. Used the last 3 holes and had to add 4 more since I started training. Happy times.

This mornings weigh in = 107.7kg. So I had brekkie (probalby shouldnt have before gym), jumped on the scales down the gym fully clothed = 109.3kg. 400g short of my ultimate goal weight.Have brought chicken wraps for the three night shift dinners, rode my bike to work (fastest time ever), and if my butt can handle it ill ride in all three nights which should shred that 400g easy peasy.I know its all numbers, and my belt is hitting notches its never visited ever, but yeah, soooo keen to hit 108.9kg fully clothed at gym.Personally, I feel fcuken fantastic! I wasnt pushing all that hard today riding in, and I shaved 1m off my PB. Tomorrow night ill push it.
