Taking it in 5kg goals so as not to overwhelm myself with how much I need to lose overall. Either way, I'm moving in the right direction and I owe a lot of it to you guys and your support and encouragement. Thanks so much! Have driven to Townsville so bad good no except use gone back over 109 kg did weigh in at 108 kg a week ago. Been back at the gym to so could be getting a bit of muscle memory back.
