Just went for a massive walk through the hills ... Only logged 3.9kms and then refused to upload the activity to my ap. Also I think it's understating my stepsI did 3.9kms according to vivo but 4.1kms according to the pram which is wheeling and has a speedo etc... So I lost 200m of steps ... And with my short legs that's sh*tlods hahah Feel a tad ripped off Never the less as Kimberley says ... My body knows I did it lol Edited 09/02/15 08:23 AM by Princess Fluffy

Click on the vivosmart listed under devices(details button will do same thing).Under user settings you can define custom step length.

So it must be calculating the distance based on steps. Is it possible you set the step size a bit bigger than what it is? How did you work out your step size? Public goal setting. Judging by pic I rekon I'm 23 percent BF, I'm now 108 kg, was 114 kg and 44 years old my blood pressure is slightly up and cholesterol needs some work. Maths 0.23 * 108 = 25 kg of body fat Goal 15 percent BF and 100 kg. So 15 kg of body fat. So I need to lose 13 kg of fat and put on 3 kg of muscle. No easy feat. Now I am prepared to go down to 98 kg if it means achieving 15 percent BF. Proposed plan to achieve goal. Well I intend to do 10 k in steps plus a day. 2 HIIT training sessions a week and 3 workouts covering entire body. Count my calories and Keep them at a level were I lose 0.5 kg a week. More maths 0.5 kg * 2 weeks = 1 kgTherefore 2 weeks times 15 kg = 30 weeks, or 210 days. Quick check of the calendar says 07 Sep 15. By setting out to do this then I believe I will be lighter with a better body composition, I will be forced to re evaluate my diet and forced to be disciplined, consistent and patient. Apart from a few supplements like fish oils multivitamins and protein powder I'm going to rely on diet. By doing this I believe my cholesterol and blood pressure issues should go away. There you go it's public and out there. Updates every month. Edited 09/02/15 11:45 AM by Kimberley Scott
