Had a couple of nice wins this week, being that my work pants are noticeably looser, as was my underground miners belt when I put it on today...both were falling off my ass considerably while I was hitting rocks with a hammer Lame thing is that I woke up this morning and my Vivosmart told me it was low on battery...sweet, so thought I had today left...turns out not, it died this morning. Sucks too, would have racked up a bunch of steps on my underground visit! I did some sampling too (hitting a wall of rock with a hammer until pieces break off into a bag...it's farking hard work when you're underground in pants, long sleeves, gloves, hardhat, big heavy belt with a self rescuer on it, gumboots, safety glasses and it's farking HOT and humid) so I feel good about that...playing squash tonight also. Been logging core this week too, which involves standing up and walking up and down a core rack setup (hehe...rack) so I feel I've had a good week so far. Been eating healthy as well. Lots of going to the shops..This vivosmart is way harsher on the step count than the fit bit was.. I am thinking about wearing them both one day to compare outcomes. We smashed out 9 holes this arvie and chalked up a few steps.. however I've never had under 15k steps when golfing with the fit bit. This time I am only just gonna punch on the 10k..

That's the point were weights start to be consistently back in my workout. Walking so many steps is killing my feet. End goal for now is between 100 kg and 103 kg. Will reassess from there. But from there it's body fat percentage more than weight b

Smash it out at Squash tonight mateI'm a lot more motivated, I'm more conscious of what I'm eating, I have a improved mindset, yeah Im over the moon!!!^^^^ this sooooo much.I've never been huge when it comes to that "motivation" thing but I got up today, cleaned my entire house (vacuumed, mopped, even cleaned the shower till it sparkled == you would think that I have a house inspection coming up but I haven't, did a load of washing and (almost) washed all my dishes ---- I'm one of these blokes that only does them when I run out of plates and knives and forks so there is always a lot to do ---- and it didn't faze me........I just did it.I go under 100 kilos and bam ---------------- I'm a cleaning machine.Even gunna take the car down to the car wash to blow all the dust off of it (coz dark now and I'm not getting my hi preasure gadget out).End goal for now is between 100 kg and 103 kg.A goal.. That's what I have now.. Had to go see the Dr the other day (coz old) and we decided on 95 kilos within 3 months. He wants me to take it easy when loosing the weight, not do it toooo fast (for whatever reason) and I'm really confident that I'll get there.---------------and because I won't quote above.....hehehe......Don for Mod Brad, when I saw you (when was that ?? cupla weeks back) no joke, I couldn't believe the dif. Excellent work.Keep it up people and keep the reports coming please coz I haven't felt this energetic in yearsEditjust realised that I didn't mention SDP......sorryHiya -- -- -- lolol Edited 08/02/15 10:18 AM by BenDoCo
