Tends not to like it too much if you're connected to your phone via bluetooth at the same time though I've found.

So the Bluetooth connection is free for HRM. But I took it off last night and didn't put it back in this morning. Hasn't left my wrist since I got it. Feeling nude. Hold down the screen until the menu comes up then slide up twice and press the Bluetooth button, then press turn off. No more auto connect. Mine does that when I get into my car, but still connects to my stereo...not sure what's up with your phone. And surely there's somewhere in settings you can adjust the vibration intensity? Fitbit would rack at steps when I was tapping my hand on the desk at work.. Vivosmart is being a *beep* and telling me how little I've done..I definitely got a shock on the scale the other day.. And as usual I'm doing my all or nothing approach.. (Doesn't work for most people.. But I can't do little changes)..Big two for me are reducing bread and cutting iced coffee.. Oh and increasing exercise which I have started doing.. Hell if it's only 10-20 minutes a night to start it's more than I was doing..

Between the Vivosmart, this thread and your guys support I'm seeing changed already and finding it much easier and more enjoyable. Nearly 10,000 steps today for me (currently at 9,500) and mainly coz I made the choice to walk to the pharmacy rather than drive. Been going and walking my folks dog (Porsha) a few evenings this break, I'm enjoying having a purpose to the walk rather than just walking around an oval...plus it means more puppy time, and she's awesome! You'll have to try some "alone time" with the Vivosmart Brendo, see how it compares to the FitBit haha.
