I haven't had time to eat or do anything except have my water bottle glued to my hip and drink all day ... Then when I get home I'm so knackered I cbf eating either My stomach has shrunk so much ....thre weeks ago I could smash down a focaccia with a Schnitty in it ... First day all week yesterday I bothered to grab lunch and I could only eat Four bites of it and then I was still full and didn't have any dinner... Done wonders ... I've bought new jeans last weekend and got them so tight I could hardly squeeze in em... Put em on today for wrk and they're loose... Gonna have to whack em in the dryer lol

My work clothes are starting to look a little more loose fitting, which is nice. I didn't bring my blood pressure monitor up to site with me, so I'll be really interested to see what it's like when I get home next week. I'd really love to go back to the Doctors after the 2 months and have completely normal blood pressure and like 10kgs lighter haha!

I was eating crazy amounts of food! It's scary actually, I was reading some article yesterday talking about this morbidly obese dude who died and the person writing the article said "...after previously consuming a staggering 20,000 calories a day" and I found it scary that I was able to sit there and rationalise the fact that I, previously, could easily have been consuming around that amount of calories some days. Seeing what it did to the people in the article really hit home that that's how I'd end up if I kept going the way I way...and fark that!

I push a trolley for work sometimes and I've purposely paid attention... Vivosmart does well
