Ok someone had to start it so may as well be me...for the competitive out there, what's your best effort so far

Mine:

Steps & flights of stairs

Somewhere in here is proof of me doing over 33000 steps. So I know how good an effort that 31000 was.

Fairly certain this came from hundreds of thousands of steps in run keeper data.

From my old Army days a March pace was 65 cm step out was 75 cm and step short was 55 cm.

So I'm fairly happy it's accurate.

2L of water down so far today

I do between 3 and a half and 4 litres of water a day now -- being VERY careful of (all types of) sugar intake -- eating more vegies and less deep fried chips and I've still lost jack shyte. grrrrrrrr

What am I going wrong? My excercise today included walking outsite to get into the car..................................................yeah that's it.

But seriously

Love reading this thread coz I did find myself going for a bit of a walk up the street last night before it rained. I got 9 houses away and had to stop for about 10 minutes before heading home again -- because the knees are shagged

Now ya gotta understand that I would never of done this if I wasn't reading this thread for the last few days

Gotta start somewhere mate!

Had a bloke I work with make the decision to get healthy.. His defining moment was working late one night, grabbing two tins of mother and a snickers bar for dinner..

Decided he needs to be a bit more active..
