Not too bad when they are new but once they wear down a bit they are dangerous . Mainly if driving in 80k to 110kmh zones, a simple lane change and you start going sideways. They do grip a lot better when the temperature is above 20°c . But most tyres I've used don't grip too well until you get a bit of heat into them. They average 4800 kms per tyre on the race with average speeds above 130kph.That is more than double the performance I am getting out of the 123S, a lot of coin for a tyre but if they last that long I think they might be worth it (more than double the life). Anyone else used the really high end tyres eg continental sport contact 5 etc? They all run about $600 RRP in a 265x35x18 but can get them for $400 if you shop around.I just checked and I am down to the tread wear marker already after only 1800 kms and not 1 burnout, just not good enough. Gripped pretty good when new in dry....im at around 15000kms or so...probably more than 50% tyre life left (last time I checked)...they are starting to spin a little easier now thoughBut stock FG XR6T power and only thrash it occasionallyDon't know how all you guys can justify tyres to only last 5000-10000kms....bunch of rich blokes on here I guess that's what happens when you get power and w/e duties lol

EVEN if you spend $500 a corner.
