Good story generally, definately a hire out DVD when it's released.

Even ol TC's love interest was a nice piece of 'eye candy'

Hi Al,

How was the scenery in that movie?

It was shot about 20km north east of New Plymouth in NZ, which is a place l have until recently spent a lot of time with work. l was unlucky last year in that l only got over there once, just as Tom Cruise had arrived in town. bas*ard had a $50 million personal jet parked at NP the likes of which l have never seen before. Awesome.

Billy Connelly was in town for a few months of the shoot and from firends l have spoken to in NP, was out and about on the town regularly and was a big hit with the locals. He is one of the only "celebs" l would like to meet and that would have been my best chance, but never got there. :(

Hi Simon,

Scenery was fantastic, funny now you mention it, it did look a little like Middle Earth. :pinch:

The bit where the samurai come out of the mist was brilliant.

Village had a good authentic look to it........Great movie. :banghead:
