I just put in an amp and now I've got a strange set of problems. The gear readout on the dash doesn't show up, the traction control warning light is on and I've got no icc or central locking (the doors lock but now there's no 'beep beep' when I click the button)I pulled the fuse panel out a bit to look at the wiring but didn't splice in to anything, maybe I just bumped a connector? Not sure so looking for ideas Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/89801-help-added-an-amp-now-my-dash-icc-wont-start/ Share on other sites

Plugged my xcal in to it & the unit won't read the error codes, just says "unable to retrieve codes" Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/89801-help-added-an-amp-now-my-dash-icc-wont-start/#findComment-1519295 Share on other sites

On the front of the fuse panel there is a harness wrapped in yellow insulation, the symptoms you described make it sound like that's not connected correctly. Thinking maybe I need to reset the computer? Needs a good wack to drive it home, plus putting the lower connectors in the correct sequence is important too 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/89801-help-added-an-amp-now-my-dash-icc-wont-start/#findComment-1519405 Share on other sites
