Hi.

Yes F6 Cooler will be fine and can get you 300rwkw many people including me have ran it on our XR6T's and do not have any issues.

It will be cheaper to buy and install all the mods yourself, except for Injectors, let the tuner fit and supply them that way they if there is any problem tuning the car they cannot blame your supplied injectors.

Cat is about $500, F6 Cooler about $200 used. For XCal Tune tuner will charge about $2500 for Injectors and Tune, for HP Tune and injectors about $1500.

Yes you can gut the cat but its illegal and your doing damage to the environment, I would not recommend you do this.

Late MK1 and MK2 Cats flow fine for 300rwkw if you machine out a restriction on it.
