Hey guys wanted to get your opinion on this, I have a 2004 ba mk2 f6 typhoon & on two occasions my car has been overfilled with around 1-1.5L of extra oil. Within that period of time having that extra oil in my car I noticed only on the rare occasion not regularly, when idling for a few minutes on the spot than giving it a rev, it would puff out abit of greyish/blueish smoke than would stop & that was the only time it done it, nothing at all while driving or WOT. First occasion I noticed it about a couple of days later with the extra oil in, I went & got it checked out, spark plugs had no oil on them so squeaky clean & pulling the piping of the front of the turbo & checking the turbo looked fine, so everything looked fine & was good so later the same day I got the car serviced to drain the extra oil & do an oil change assuming the right amount of oil was in my car now, finished up & no more smoke while revving the car after idling for a few minutes after that so I thought all good problem solved. 2nd Occasion within around 1700km after that service I noticed the same thing once or twice & thought I'd check my dipstick level only to see again about 1cm over FULL of extra oil in the car again!!! Me & a mate drained out about 1.5L of that extra oil to get it to right on full, then knowing my car had the right amount of oil in it now, I tested it out multiple times for a few days after that letting it idle for a few mins than giving it a rev & it didn't do it not even once when I tested it & about just under 2 months & around 1000km later has not done it once or ever since again so thankfully problem solved but wanted to see what you guys think if that's normal for it to let out abit of smoke on revving it while on idle after a few mins or if it's normal blowby & happened to be coincidence while extra oil was in there?? & also having extra oil in there for around 1700kms would that affect the engine or any part in any way?? Also might I add that the car did not consume or burn any extra oil at all & since draining extra oil out a couple of months ago is still full, car was still pulling like normal, acting normal & not making any funny engine sounds either & still being perfect.

Car only has 53000km & only has a flash tune, exhaust & injectors running 14psi.

Cheers guys

Cheers mate appreciate the reply was just seeing what anyone else would of thought about that

because I was thinking of various things & probably overthinking it when it ended up clearly just being

something as minor as just the extra oil being in there causing that to happen & when drained it stopped

doing it so pretty much all good thankfully cheers
