As mentioned above, stigmata's stepped euro core looks like it will be a game changer when it happens

100mm stepped tube and fin with 1000+ hp flow capacity, no cutting... based on what numbers his current coolers are supporting then it will be a Very Good Thing

Personally I don't really care but they shouldn't say sh*t like "small plastic trim". It's a massive piece of plastic you're cutting out as well as various other little ones

But he did tell me that core fabrication was underway (in Europe) and he hoped to see it in about 8 weeks, then he would start on end tank design

I have worked in smash repairs for 18 years.

I had absolutely no hesitation in cutting for the stage 2 process west cooler. However, there is no way I would roll my guards on my car.

Each to their own on what they are comfortable doing.
