I am taking on board what k31th said a few posts back, what he posted is what I will go for, the hub kit etc.

What do you blokes think of these: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/TWO-REAR-WHEEL-BEARING-KIT-FORD-FALCON-EA-EB-ED-EF-EL-AU-BA-BF-FG-XG-88-98-2985-/191048699927?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2c7b63d017

TWO BRAND NEW WHEEL BEARING KIT (REAR) PART NUMBER: 2985

SUITS:

FORD FALCON EA EB ED EF EL (1988 - 1998)

FORD FALCON AU BA BF WAGON (1998 - ON) NOTE: BEAM AXLE

FORD FALCON FG WAGON (2008 - 2010) NOTE: BEAM AXLE

FORD FALCON UTE XG (1988 - 1996)

It says 1998 - On. So I am guessing that would mean and onwards to a 2003 BA XR6T and umm...Beam axle?

That's the right one. But it's only one bearing and no hub (if you wanted both the hub and bearing).

IRS is Independent Rear Suspension. Only the sedans for falcons have IRS. Wagons and utes have different suspension.

Comfort series bushes were put in, and the noise was there before putting them in. Hence the reason I am looking to replace the back wheel bearings, if some can be found for a good price.
