I would like to thank the APS guys and the guys at C & V for a great afternoon. I was very impressed by the knowledge that these guys have with the T and the level of engeneering and development that goes into their products.

It was also great to meat some of the other members of this forum and see their cars in the metal. :nuts2:

The picture attachment doesn't want to work. I will resize some photos and post them tomorrow.

Edit: removed attachment that dosen't want to work

Yep, to those that left straight after the presentation, you missed something special. That burnout by the blood orange T was without a doubt the biggest one I had ever seen. Top stuff to Con and Vic for sending a set of Falkens to that big tyre pile in the sky.....

Thanks again to David, Peter, Rob and George from APS, as well as all the boys at C&V for a very informative day.

Well guys and gals I hope you all had an entertaining time at the APS unichip demo day. There are many people that I must thank for making the day so successful I hope I have not forgotten any one so apoligies in advance if I do.

A big thankyou to Dankman who drove his T all the way from Wagga so we had a stock xr6t to work with and demo the new Unichip plug in loom adaptor. To our surprise this manual T made the biggest power number any of us have seen from a stodk T, Must related to the way the engine was run in gently  again thanks for your huge effort and making your T available.

Many thanks also to Turbo4lt (Frank)who drove his phase III car to CandV so we had a current spec APS system on display for all members to view.

A huge thankyou also to both Con and Vic (owners of CandV performance) for making their Sydney workshop facility and dyno room available to APS and forum members so we could run the day, well done guys it was a pleasure to host the day in a clean and professional workshop. For those who were there till the end Con even demonstrated the correct technique to launch an auto T quickly, (in controlled conditions of course) and the sight was really awesome.........not a sight one will forget in a hurry

The lunch was appreciated by all and I must thank Cons and Vics Father John who had the BBQ firing on all 6 cylinders (and possibly a small shot of some NOS) and did a terrific job in making sure no one went hungry. :nyaah: I must also thank David,Robert, and George from APS who made the day so informative and answered all of the varied questions from forum members, I hope you guys enjoyed the presentation and left armed with greater knowledge on the mighty xr6t. :spit:

Finally thankyou to all of the forum members who attended the day, I hope you really enjoyed meeting staff from APS, CandV and all other forum members in friendly enviroment. We should do this more often.......at least once a year :nyaah: .
