Any time, I think I had pushed to date a very sub par fuel system to its limit and backed up a 10 but was it lean.... Yes, was it dumb, probably but how else to u set weird and wonderful benchmarks without bending the limits lol

The topic is very debateable as everything is but a supportive fuel system is in the lower spectrum of the mod price area so why not just do it for piece of mind

I'll put a walbro 255 in it before I get it tuned. The money wasn't the issue (what is another $300??) but more I don't like just putting parts in for sh*ts and giggles unless I know they are actually needed.

As I said this is a well worn path and as far as budget racing goes I think iam right up there ( 400+rwkw & 132mph ) off $6500

Just remember if a dyno reads a number and typical parts have not run out would u say the part is a "freak" or the dyno is reading a touch high ....

Well aware of dynos reading differently, heinrich runs his in 8F I'm pretty sure so expecting to subtract 40 rwkw to get the real figure. I used to see between 235 and 265 rwkw on my old car depending on which place we tweaked the tune on, just used it as a baseline and nothing else.

This was a cracker we had in

BA xr6T and we even wacked a new petrol filter on as it looked old as hell for nothing just to rule that out of the equation

Tuned elsewhere and u can see how far we went until we aborted the run

Good 320 in that bad boy hey lol
