Did a quick search and didn't find any decent results.

If I was to purchase this adapter,

would I be able to get the fg mk1 icc to be able to talk and work with my samsung s4 or even charge it? Has anybody successfully tried this? Cheers

It MIGHT charge, but it won't communicate like an I-Device (e.g. be controllable by the stock ICC)

This would get you charging and music. Doubt you'll find anything that will give control. Another option would be a dock bluetooth adaptor for music streaming again doubt that would give you control though.

You could try the PodMode app with the cable Ralph linked earlier but its only been proven to work with Hyundais.

The developer says it should work for other cars but will vary with different makes. On the plus side if it works, the steering wheel buttons should also work as well

I might try it out as my old iPod gen3 might die soon, its served me well considering its lasted up until now
