Hello, I've recently bought an XR6T and occasionally when I start it up it will hardly idle for 2 seconds then die prompting a red hand flashing on the dash, occasionally the heaters/all aircon will be disabled also?

And after it dies it won't let me start it until after about 5 minutes, it just slightly clicks when I try and turn it over then nothing happens, it doesn't even try turn over.

It is very frustrating it happens almost every morning!

Thanks

Does it crank fine? Borrow a battery and see if that helps would be the first thing I'd do, they play up in strange ways with bad voltage. Seemingly unrelated stuff like speedo suddenly dropping to zero, for example.

Even if it cranks fine I'd still try another battery as it's fairly quick.

Okay so what will happen, I go to start it in the morning, it will start up, and 2 seconds later it will stall pretty much instantly.

I then try to start it again, after turning the key all the way it just has a few light clicks, it doesn't try to turn over.

After it has died it also comes up with a little hand icon in the dash flashing and occasionally the aircon and lots of other electrics will stop working. It's so frustrating, I will replace the battery ASAP. Thanks guys.

Try to avoid buying a battery as I'm only taking shots in the dark here. Borrowing one would be the go if you can.
