Price was 720 delivered

I'm thinking of selling mine and doing a manual conversion

Replaced mine at 100K, has almost done 100K since and will likely be replace with another stock one when the box is built.

I swapped out mine for a PWR at 65,000km only a few weeks ago. Some of the taxis I know of have gone 300,000km using the original and still never been serviced, because ford says " sealed for life". Then they get pissed because ther ZF just failed catastrophically.

I've priced the conversion and it's cheaper than a build but I want my 10!

keep auto, run 10 or when car milkshakes (whatever occurs first), chuck a TR6060 in then?

you'll get stuff all for a second hand ZF these days - everyone is turfing them.
