My nizpro system is doing the exact same at the moment mate.

Or, I get it to not hit, then it heats up, grows and hits again. Haha

the u bolt clamp wasn't to bad to get to. get a ring spanner up theree9aa59a8ca14afecb3dae8754d94c472.jpg or just do what I do. get your brother to do it

no welding required.

to slip the exhaust into the flange we used a flat bit of timber on the exhaust tip and used a ls1 crankshaft as a hammer slipped up real nice.

someone mentioned hose clamps around the rubber to give it some lift to stop the exhaust vibrating. has anyone done this and have pics. the vibration sounds so sh*t.

Not to stop it vibrating,

You need to find out what it's hitting on first, is it hitting the floor or the cradle? if it's hitting the cradle, you can pull it towards the floor with hose clamps, put a hose clamp around the hanger then do it up to pull the exhaust up a touch, but if it's hitting the floor this will make it worse obviously.

I did the 2 hangers after the cradle, not the very rear one.

Just see what works best for you by pushing it up.
