We're talking about high km vehicles. Every time it got done Toyota suggested they use 98/95 octane fuel, after doing so they didn't have many dramas. I can't imagine you will find lots of info on the net about this, none of our Falcons or Camry Hybrids (taxis) have had this problem. In my old Accord Euro (which I bought new), at 80,00 klms the fuel filter got replaced as part of the scheduled servicing.
