With a new phone it actually feels new, things have been tweaked and updated etc...especially with Samsung and their Touchwiz UI. I never got the iphone thing, as Panda said you pretty much just get the same experience, only with a larger screen. Apple made this big song and dance when they had multi-tasking...sick, welcome to about 5years ago with Android. Did I mention I can download torrents on my phone? When you plug it in to your PC it'll give you the option to mount your phone just as if it's a USB drive. If I want to put a new cd or new season of tv it's just copy and paste, none of this sync business!
