I had the same thing 4 tyres fitted, drove fine on the way home up to around 80 kmph. First time I got on highway had a bad vibration, thought they stuffed the balance up. Ended up getting them balanced another two times, still bad vibration.

Anyway told shop wasn't happy and got sent to a truck alignment shop where they jacked up the car and spun the wheels up while on the car still and it turned out two of the tyres were faulty.

120Nm (I think)

no ring on the standard wheels

Get rebalanced. Happened to me a couple of times where prior to new tyres OK then new tyres and vibrates. The kids doing the balancing stuff up sometimes.

^^^ or at least check that a weight hasn't come off

Just on the topic of wheel weights, I had nitto invos fitted a few months ago and was surprised that two of the wheels required no wheel weights at all. lol doesn't really help you , I've just never seen it happen before.

all wheel nuts are tight. hubs are clean and inside of the wheels are clean. from what I could tell from being a dumb fark with cars it seems all good. going to get the balance checked again and if its still there melt the rubber and buy 20"
