Wilko16 Donating Members 1,672 Member For: 16y 11m 26d Gender: Male Location: Melbourne Posted 04/09/14 06:51 AM Share Posted 04/09/14 06:51 AM The correct way would be to find how many amps this EDFC can draw, and then install a 4 Pin power relayThe power relay supply, should get battery power with a fuse slightly higher than the maximum the EDFC could draw (place fuse as close as possible to where you are taking the power from) connect this power to pin 30 on the relay, then pin 87 connects to the power in on the EDFC(Earth the EDFC to a nice clean bit of bare metal)Then trigger the relay to turn on via a switch, or connect ignition to pin 85 and an earth to pin 86...(Grab the ignition power from where barnz suggested)that's a pretty basic and safe way to run itSo yeah Go nuts, try away... 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
