Hey everyone.

I'm tossing up for a new set of wheels for my mk2 xr6 turbo.

Currently I'm looking at these:

However I'm unsure of how 18 inch rims will look on my car. As currently she's sitting on black twistys.

What is everyone's thoughts/opinions on going with an 18 inch rim on an fg?

they will look small- but 19's look small on an fg.

what will save it is having decent offsets. go flush or even better- poke, and they would look good.

I have the same mentality.

Sometimes I look at her and I love how 19s look, not too big but not too small. I was thinking of getting them with an offset to make them flush.

I like the style of these but the part that stands out for me is the width and the weight of the wheel.

They are a AME Tracer TM-02 copy.

You can get the real ones for under $2k, light, super strong, heaps of top time attack cars run them.

I'm a fan of 18's.

It is honestly so hard to find photos of an fg Lowered on flush fit 18s. Did you have any more photos you can post up mate?

Also, what's the best offset to get the wheels flush with the guards? I don't wanna "poke" just a nice flush fitment. Even the factory offset sits in too much for my liking.

been looking at these and quite like them. be careful if you put 18x10 at the back you may have trouble with the rear suspension bolts depending on the offsets. if you push it out to clear it you may then have to roll guards or run stretch..... 19s and 20s dont have this problem
