good job they found it. What damage was done?

Gonna need new tyres, brakes and maybe even new rims and what ever you can think of.

so what do you want from it now old car back or new F6?

Dont wanna say anything about state of the car until the insurance is sorted and its been examined.

Funny thing was I's already found an F6 that I really want but financially I'd be better off getting the T back as it was, but this time with a new alarm and tracking.

Waiting game starts now, cant see me getting it back till at least next month

Didnt they have the keys...alarm would be pointless if they did....

Thinking he means with GPS tracking. Disable it/find it fasterer? :idunno:

Best form of alarm would be to hide your keys and not leave them on benchtops or other common places

I used to think that. Then visited a mate in hospital after he'd been touched-up with a baseball bat because he used to keep his keys under his mattress.

Mine have sat on the kitchen bench in plain view ever since. That's what insurance is for.

That came up in a community safety forum tab.. I was discussing crime rates vs street lighting.. Someone said that car theft these days generally involves break and enter and to minimise car theft we needed to hide our keys..

Damn if someone goes to the trouble of breaking in they can take the car provided they get out.. With a little luck they'll kill themselves.. I don't want them around the little guy any longer than they need to be..
