Live ones viewable on certain govy websites are compressed to appear sh*t and grainy..In the traffic control rooms I can tell you how many people are in a car with tinted windows.. But you need to be the police to get access to the footage.. Even insurance mobs have to go through the police if they want access.. Most of the footage is stored for 21-28 days from memory..
