Under your fluros is irrelevant. There is nothing that can be done to stop it looking a little different under fluro lights. Manufacturers have different pigments in their paint than the paint refinishers use. So they react differently under different lighting. So, the colour needs to look good in natural lighting. If it doesn't. Needs to be fixed. The other option is having the colour matched under fluro lighting. So it' looks good when your filling up at the service station or in your garage. But then it won't look correct outside. Being a bonnet you should be able to not blend the guards. As they sit at a different angle to the bonnet. Making it a lot harder to spot if it's a touch out, whereas it would almost be impossible to do a full door without blending the adjacent panels as you will see it down the side very easy.
