I have a BA front knuckle that you could borrow if that would help with putting things together, but I am near Bankstown/Liverpool.

Thanks for the offer, it's very kind - I don't need the knuckle, everything is assembled

Looking again at that thread I could possibly grind a radius on that knuckle as a first step.

I think I can re-purpose used wheel hubs to become a spacer which bolts to the wheel on the 100 PCD by drilling those holes and machining the hub centre to length  - then I need longer wheel studs

Now I need to find some used wheel hubs like these with full thickness to machine down in the lathe

Probably easier and safer to just get longer studs. Even better, new wheel bearings, and just do the studs before you install. 5mm spacers are pretty cheap

Longer studs are definitely necessary so will be done

These are cheaper than 5mm spacers that I've found and for good clearance ~10mm would be safer

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/165390678026 - for a Ford Territory - cheap too, cheaper than the 5mm spacers

That's got sufficient material to machine flat, have a snug fit over the hub centre with a recess machined, thena machine the front for snug fit of the hub centre into the wheels.
