I am not saying its there fault ,but they at least could have said that the reason its not performing is , valve springs ,injectors fuel pump ,etc .but they mention t nothing at all and send me home .it felt like when I was there that they were not interested in my car at all .it felt like they thought it was a sh*t box and just wanted it out of there shop Edited 22/08/14 12:32 PM by gunna

Surely someone is Close by who has a good relationship with a good tuner up that way and can help you out. I've seen a lot of good cars come from rdp but no ones perfect.Who done your port job and fitted the actuator?

I also got the flapper mod looked at by Joe at cms in Sydney ,and his reply was that it was ok to use .I fitted the actuator my self and set the pre load as well. the flapper mod may be one of my problems ? take a look at the gap ,it wasn't a lot but might be just enough to give me the lag that I am feeling from the car .just thought two reputable turbo shops said it it is ok to use ,so I did . I enjoyed the build ,even the ups and down with it all .and I know just how long something can take when something is wrong . have just found the time sheet of the wrecked car that I got the engine out of the 60"1.740 330 -5.122 1000-10.324 1/4 mile 12.355 mph -112.26 180.67 k/mh now that was only 6 month before the car got written off (about 5000 klm ) the 60" mark is like .449 better than mine ,and that is with 3.46 diff ratio .so if I would have the same ratio my 60"would even be worse .lucky I have better gears 3.9 for take offthe thing was the engine already produced about 43 rwkw more than what RDP tuned it to Edited 23/08/14 04:07 AM by gunna
