You love a double post dont you.

Gunna I think we need to have a day where we sit down and I can help you out with your computer skills. I'd be happy to help. We can even do it over the phone or something if you want.

Dags will probably see this so just give him a break we will get it sorted.

I have tried but it says in red that I am not allowed to do this .and then I loose all the info that I just written down .that happened the other day just after I spend half hour writing it all down .felt like punching the computer screen ,but thought better not that money to replace the screen could buy me a new actuator and tune .lol

with just a simple dyno run, you will be lucky just to get a boost and afr read out which is not going to tell you much about the state of the tune, data logging will help but may not tell the full story

you need a shop that can and will datalog as much as possible, check what is being commanded versus what is being delivered, this can take quite a bit of time, a lot different to just getting a power run

ok ,so if they retune the car from scratch would they be able to find whats wrong with it ? I only have about $1100 left to spend on the ute ,and no more after that .if they can not sort it after that ,it will just stay like it till I can afford to fix it (that's if they find something wrong with it )

Nothing wrong with the actuators. But if it was fitted with to much preload then your in trouble!

I would deaf faintly not leave my tuners if I wasn't happy. Maybe go in there and explain your not happy and tell him to rectify it or you will have to see a new tuner! Surely they will fix what's wrong and keep a customer.

Seems like maybe there's more to this story.
