Isn't just removing the center muffler (or one of the others??) a common thing to do for a better note?

Might be easier than trying to find a replacement one?

Sorry, like in the first post, I want something that looks better too at the back of the car, not a fan of the stock muffler but wanted a complete bolt on. I'm pretty keen on the twin tip mufflers looks wise. I have read of the centre muffler removal also to change the exhaust note. Thanks for the replies. If none of the big companies want to sell just the rear section it looks like a trip to an exhaust shop is on the cards. I don't want a full cat back system.

Im to about to get an exhaust but not sure what to get.

I was thinking 4" but do not want drone. So I though by adding a flapper valve should quiet it down but by how much or if at all.

Next 2.5" will have none but will it be enough to hold the power. 350ish

which one?

So why can't you just buy a twin 3" tip piece and get it welded onto the stock rear muffler?

And then remove middle muffler and change for 3" straight through pipe to make it more efficient/louder (therefore removing the twin merge pipes between middle muffler and catpipe)?

I was considering doing the second one....but the cost was almost the same as an xforce catback IIRC and then I just gave up and decided to live with stock exhaust and it will hopefully be a little louder when tune happens?

I don't want to butcher the stock parts. I just wanted a bolt on replacement. It's a good suggestion, just not what I am wanting to do.

I'd say a shop would be your best bet - it's what they do day in and day out.

Am tipping that the bolt on ones are matched to their own lengths etc for the full systems (cat back etc) rather than on copying the OEM system layout.

Makin' reference to my pic. Paddlin'. Thanks for the replies guy. I will make some calls today and see what exhaust companies are offering but I fancy they will just supply a rear section to match their own system as said.
