350RWKW 05 phoon- Rapid v2 intercooler kit, turbo side intake, 4"dump into twin 2.5", walbro pump, 7psi actuator, 60lb injectors. Think that's it from memory. Big difference from when it was stock.

Sorry to hijack your thread. Im trading up my 350 rwkw manual ba typhooon this week. How much power would I need out of an FG with the littler turbo and the zf to be able to keep up with my typhoon. Ive heard that a 300rwkw zf fg would probably give me a good run, if not pull me. Any opinions? cheers

mate to run with your 350rwkw, the fg needs its 360-370rwkw they are heavier.my ba xr6t with 344rwkw gives my mates fg with 402rwkw a good run, alot comes down to setup. I run my ba soft in the rear end plus use 3.7 gearing gets my ba out of the hole alot better.

I own a ZF equipped BF (320 odd rwkw) and worry that auto FGs with the same power would have me, due to faster spooling turbo. Down the quarter or in roll ons I'd expect to lose by a small amount.

Being that you are coming from a MANUAL car though, the auto with same power is at least 0.5 seconds faster, often a full second faster. So with that in mind, 50rwkw less in the auto FG would be my guess, to match the manual BA, like you already said.

Also bear in mind rwkw figures are elastic...different days even on the same dyno will show different results. If it's two different dynos allow for 20% margin of error though as some can read way high or low.
