I pulled the pump assy out but can't see any way of splitting the inner and outer halves, the 2 spring loaded rods stop it from being disassembled.Has anyone been able to do this and if so share on how it's done? I had a replacement fuel hose going from the pump so I cut that off and it gave me enough movement to split the upper and lower halves. The inner and outer should come apart pretty easily though.
