Ah v8s are only outdated if you look at ss commodores older xr8s etc seen a new amg ferarri lately they still pack the good old v8 in em and a lot of the modern turbo v8 amgs will leave most other STOCK performance cars in there dust and I'm no amg fan I drive an fg f6 and a jeep srt and a 2.3 ton car that can do 0-100 in less then 5seconds is impressive :)

Oh look kokeface is back^^^^

Lol, I've been back for a while. I even made a thread about it.

That sound from the Merc, oh yeah. I just want one..........LOL

Those were the naturally aspirated models which I believe are no longer being made.

Yea the srt is a monster for such a heavy car really goes with that 6.4 and on the freeway it's fuel economy is actually great like really great but yea around town sucks it's just terrible but what can you expect from the weight and cubes put together haha. Only has 3000ks on it reliability wise gonna have to wait and see only time will tell.

Turbos kinda ruin the sound of a v8 imo, nothing sounds as good as a revvy n/a v8.

Have you heard the new gt350's 8500rpm 5.0? It literally makes me want one
