mattri Member 214 Member For: 20y 12d Posted 05/08/14 11:44 PM Author Share Posted 05/08/14 11:44 PM Mattyp understand that and you know sure I was only going to be spending a small amount compared to other people but I still expect good customer service and just general respect.All in all Northmead were great, nothing was a problem and they fixed up other things too and also replaced my alternator for a fraction of the cost that ford quoted.Not ripping autoech they have a great rep but just because I am not going to be spending 10k doesnt mean I shouldnt get the same service as they would getAlso I have been around cars along time, this is my 3rd ford turbo and I do know a bit about them. Ive had skylines (first one was tuned at autoech) wrxs evo and even a vy SS.
