Some very interesting info on drive shafts/universal joints.

The changes in speed of the shaft due to angles and the suggestion that everything be lined up as it originally was, may be key.

Interesting stuff hey xr6tForMe, I saw this throughout my research...

Over the weekend I had abit more of a play with the tune, only making minor changes and I'll say it again, I'm over the moon with the car, I can cruise it comfortably at 110kph 1750rpm, zero vibrations, and no more noise then expected with a full 4" exhaust lol... Cruise off a set of lights with smooth crisp changes, then comes to life with a stab of the throttle

I'm still tweaking the idle as when stopped and in gear the cats touch the chassis, in neutral it's fine, and that's with those technico billet mounts I got... I have some std mounts to go in

It comfortably idles at 550-580rpm... Cold start is getting there, 70% of the time it will start first click without stumbling, but the other 30% it will stumble and die but fire on the second click as if it were already warm... after the first start of the day it will happily click straight over first click every time...

I started feeding her some timing, to my surprise the boost dropped! I didn't touch anything else, for those that know, since Powerplay it was seeing a total of around 13-14* at WOT with 0.79-0.8 lambda, I can't log boost because the factory sensor is pegged around 21psi, and it would go out of range by 4000rpm... 0 duty cycle, 0 gate pressure on the e-boost.. Without watching it full time, It would hover around 22-24 psi

I've taken it to a total of 18* ramping in hard, it goes to 19psi and gradually rises to 22psi where it stays... And Fark me I have honestly never felt anything pull the way this was last night.. It even broke loose from 160kph on one pull... Dad suggests it's due to a more efficient burn in the cylinder, and I should keep feeding it.. I should add that I am still running std Knock sensitivity and the car is receiving pretty much exactly what I'm giving it..

I also got new tyres, Nexen 1000 they were cheap through a mate but AAA rated and rated to 280kph I believe, they are softer then the Nitto Invos I had previously... I'm still looking for some gt335 rims in 9" or 9.5"

Thanks guys...

P.S No unloading vids as yet, but don't loose faith, I will provide when I have some decent footage lol... If you live local to me I'm keen for a cruise whenever you are, weekends are preferable

Did you get the extra bracket for the Nizpro system? It bolts to the transmission mount and then an exhaust rubber mounts it to a hook that sits next to the cat.

It stopped it rubbing against the chassis bit does cause a bit of NVH as it transfers the vibrations through car depending on how stiff the rubber mount is.

What fuel system are you using? sounds suspiciously like a check valve issue?
