Did not really come with any fitting instructions. Can anyone please help give some fitting instructions for me. Do I removed the factory version and install this? Do I need add engine oil too since it may leak out some while fitting?

As a precaution just check level after. On FG usually long line goes on the turbo side then filter then short line to motor. On the motor side there is an outer nut that has the oil switch and retains the banjo. Undo it by holding the inner hex fitting so whole lot doesn't turn. Remove old steel line. Now inside the fitting on the block is a small circlip and a filter. If you're lucky with a little o'ring pick you might get it out, then hook the filter out. If not remove the fitting from the block and get it out. Now when refitting that back in the block, it will need a thread sealer and DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN or it can crack the block. Hook up the line to the new banjo fitting and refit outer nut + pressure switch. Test check for leaks.
