I had a mate run 400+kw with stock cross over years ago, on a hot QLD day going for a squirt it actually melted the hard plastic piping the goes from turbo to cross over. I wouldnt advise it...

^^^^ this was directed at a B series

I wanted the exact same as u mate and wanted that stock look..

I ended up with the PW Street Airbox as mentioned above..

I love the look of my setup and was happy to sacrifice a few KW for the look I wanted..

Iv modded the PW unit to fit the stock OTR air intake.. Sik'ad a piece of silicone into the side with a hole cut into side panel..

On a "normal" QLD day the intake sits at about 29deg and iv seen it as low as 19 (it usually adds around 6deg from a few tests).. which I dont think is too bad.. im positive under normal driving it lowers the intake temps..

I cant comment on the pressure etc but I think its a good mod to do if your stuck on the crossover..

******** Update *******

Made 456KW with the crossover setup I mentioned here earlier so 450kw can be done easilly.. ran out of fuel pump so kept it at above figure for now..

Was only on 18psi too and yes with E85.. MTA750 Turbo..

Nice result, got to be happy with that. No doubt power can be made with crossover, a turbo side just does it easier. I went from 400 to 450rwkw ditching the crossover. Feels like it spools quicker as well. The flip side is it makes heads turn whenever you step on it - not good when your after a stealth look

Mate of mine made 460 with a GTX3582R using herrod intake which has a very stock look, this is another option for the OP.

Car ran 10.4 @ 138.
