at that power id be saving for tailshaft/diff/driveshafts also mate. Maybe I just got a lemon, but the BA I bought off a dude up there had an EBOOST fitted, and was so f***ed up with a tune from that plac, after a new tune that was alot safer but meant I could get up it without it going into limp mode its sitting in my driveway with 2 fist size holes in the sump. And yes the new tune was fine haha

yeah drive shafts are an issue,diff is already done running a true trak, with 3.9 gears ,tailshaft is a must.have no issue with TUFF TUNES work SCOTT MUNDAY has always gone above and beyond for me.only built new motor to have the insurance it wont brake,will only be pushing it to 450kw at the rears its got to hook up no point blowing the tyres off it over the 1/4 theres no bragging running 12s in tyre smoke,want 10s at full wieght

yeah your not the first person to say that,my new combo will more then likely be tuned by gas also.I cant say a bad word about scott always does the right thing by myself and the car.he has stayed till midnight to put car together when ive broken it so its not off the road.anyway I want ideas on who can build me a tuff btr to avoid the t400 path

on that note,everyone has their opinion on tuners good and bad.tuffxr6 may not be tuned in house but how may of us can boast 1000plus rwhp on the street as he can.lol

As said by cccc he's is built by dominello,

I would go with Preston's automatics if I had to chose a btr. But expect to pay a fair chunk of cash for a good one. STAY AWAY FROM RVO and he's $2750 glass boxes.

I was quoted $6.5k fully done or $9K th400 I went the 3spd and never looked back.

1000hp isn't unheard of in our turbo falcons. And you have to ask why wasn't it tuned in house

You might be a lucky one but I had a non falcon tuned there. And let's just say I wouldn't trust them to grease the chain on my bicycle.

Things may have changed though.

They didn't even build there own motors for there falcon. But build other big motors like the one above.

Considering I'm pushing 450rwkw with valve springs your build should be capable of sh1t loads more power then that

All that gear should be fine for 1000rwhp billet crank :/

Hopefully you get your box sorted and get lucky :)

can I fit a shift kit to my btr ? just so it shifts harder at high revs (6000 rpm ) just feels its struggling to shift fast .its a brand new box .real dyno tuned engine and box .well I hope they did
