Beautiful, I'm running the Forza st3 on my brembos now and don't rate them at all, expensive, noisy, dusty and initial bite isn't the best. I miss my a1rm

Noisy + dusty = race car haha.

How would those Project Mu HC800's compare to Ferodo DS2500's.

The Ferodos are ok but a bit more bite would be nice.

Just made it back before the downpour :oooh:   Yeah thought came to my mind and about sending out an invite but I was not sure how the weather was going to turn out in the morning,  Roads were A1 and managed to get a good run up Lake Mountain and down.

Brakes feel good after 320km of Black Spur, Lake Mountain, Reefton Spur, Mt Donna Buang and then Gembrook - Pakenham Rd home aka my usual proving ground run for anything new done ...  Nothing unusual to report and they do feel more stronger - suspect that's because got thicker rotors and pads to play with now (so foot does not travel as far?).

There was a slight squeal from the driver side Brembos before I changed the rotors and pads and it has not gone away.  I am suspecting its something to do with the Brembo calipers (maybe some pistons not quite applying pressure at exactly the right amount and/or right time?).  Anyways - the squeal is louder - it only happens with slight pressure at the beginning of braking.  After a few braking sequences in quick succession (like twisties) don't hear the squeal.  But after the brakes cool a bit and then apply slight pressure - can hear the squeal.   I was hoping it would go away after a few hundred k's but its still there.  Had the squeal before with the genuine rotors and pads so starting to get used to it.  Emery also mentioned something about Brembos tending to squeal if not using genuine parts.

All driving was in the dry - so may try something in the wet later on to see how they perform in the wet :drivingalong:

Yeah - there is that - am pretty sure I'll forget to suck my gut in once I get to turn 1.

I did notice the tightening of the CG-Lock - that's where you know things are getting serious ;)

I reckon we need USB charging ports up behind the mirror and in behind the screen.
