I've got one with 4 fingers that you can put bolts through. Yeah you could pull a balancer off with that more than likely, but the balancer would be farked after removing it. You can't lever it from the outer ring without damaging the rubber part or snapping part of the balancer.

Or do I NEED to use an expensive internal one? Best with this. But then throw the balancer in the bin. The cast ones dont last on manuals. gaz097 Bronze Donating Members 1,752 Member For: 13y 5m Posted 26/03/19 03:07 AM Author Share Posted 26/03/19 03:07 AM Doing the math from the atomic website a standard bf2 spring is 60psi, which we know is good for 6psi of boost, but no good around 13 psi give or take a little??Therefore. Targeting 25psi of boost, requires 72psi of spring pressure minimum. Few of mine are down to that hence valve float.Really need them up around the 80-85 for a bit of safety.

gaz097 Bronze Donating Members 1,752 Member For: 13y 5m Posted 27/03/19 01:25 AM Author Share Posted 27/03/19 01:25 AM It's still all just so expensive. $382 "cost" for the bigger springs. Plus the guide for 198. 100 odd bucks in seals etc Probably should have put a new passenger guide, and tensioner in there which would have but this exercise well over 1100 bucks. All for a misfire that still may be lifters
