"Apparently" the wheel is 28grams lighter and inturn spins faster sooner

I'm yet to see one I'm impressed with though

Been Up to a bit waiting for the turbo to come back from race equipment.

Got my dump pipe welded by a old fella at work who loves his tig after finding it cracked nearly the whole way around. .

Also fitted a helicoil into the head for manifold bolts.

Split the turbo housings as well. Going to touch up the wastegate port while I'm here. Tried to get into the chra but got stuck on 3 Allen key screws so I'll leave that to them lol.

Found the thread nearly pulled out on the oil return as well so will have to fix that before it all goes back together.

Been on the lookout for a plenum lately but there few and far between at the moment. If I find one cheap I'd like to fit it, and also change my fuel rail to a dual entry setup and see if I can lean on it a tad harder.

Might pay to give the alternator a thorough blow out with compressed air before you spark it up....

Yep. Don't want metal bits in the brushes and commutators of an alternator :)

how'd RE go?

Cheapest way to get a plenum is 2nd hand or get a factory FG one and modify it to suit.
