Mate was selling one of his cars VX SS stock other then cam, stall and a tune, only had it up for 3k was sweet car banged tyres in top gear easy and was tidy enough price was cheap as. Every second person texting him asking has it been thrashed? Has it done skids? Has it ever been drag raced? With it clearly stating in the add that it has belt slap on the rear guards and that it holds top gear on the pad easy. Got sick of everyone asking everytime he reposted it on Facebook that he added in the add "you don't put a cam and stall in your nannas car for her to drive it to the shops". Wtf do people think when there buying a modified car do they really think there getting some super special low km never revved over 2000 rpm lol. Same sh*t with the setup I have in my car ATM I'm building a new one and have people message me all the time looking to buy the old setup (I haven't posted it forsale at all but just the word getting around from me building new sh*t has people asking how much). Start asking if the motor is in good condition with low kms and a good service history and how much it's been thrashed etc. My reply is its done over 350000km and came out of some crashed bush bomb it's a complete junka engine that's made 500+hp for 2 years ran 10 second 1/4mile and banged at least 60sets of tires in that time and the only thing I've done to it is change the oil. Seriously they message me on Facebook which is full of photos and videos of the car doing skids at powercruise every year yet they still ask?
