Good fun fitting them when there's fark all room ay. Keep an eye on stray current, it's the main cause of alloy radiators blowing out at the end tanks welds, commonly the passenger side.

Stray current ??   Oh dear....  Best google it.  Produces holes faster than you can order a new radiator.

What type of spark plug gap do you need for 25psi?

Swapped mine out yesty as it was breaking down, but the problem is now worse.

Fitted genuine coils and genuine plugs Gapped to 0.8.

Previously was running the same gap on old plugs.

Any other suggestions?

Your getting spark blowout with anymore then .6 gap with your coil and cdi setup HI PSI? That's pretty sh*t then should be able to open them plugs to .8 easy.

Gaz just gap then to .6 with the stock coils. Wouldn't want to go much less then that though. It's on e85 plus the restriction from the turbo with that much boost I'm surprised the .8 gap was allright before.
