I had the carpet jam the clutch and I couldn't change gears until I figured out what was going on.

blocking and slowing down traffic is not a nice feeling especially with cars behind hooting.

At least it wasn't my go loud pedal.

Does the ba have the retrievable snapshot of telemetry logged seconds before and after the airbags were deployed?

This data could potentially prove your innocents depending on what you were doing at the moment of impact and what exactly is logged. I know the commodores log, speed, brake circuit, throttle position, gear. But im not sure about pedal position or desired throttle position. Which is the one that could prove innocents. Insurance companies have used similar data to prove liability. In all cases I have heard only the manufacturer is able to retrieve this data. Perhaps contact Ford. Be mindful about how you go about if they get a hit they could be liable for something they may not play it straight.

I should probably add this data may not exist on a ba and if it does and a faulty pedal position sensor is the cause it may not help. Having your foot on the brake may though. Just dont wanna get your hopes up.
