I know the commodores log, speed, brake circuit, throttle position, gear. But im not sure about pedal position or desired throttle position. Which is the one that could prove innocents. Insurance companies have used similar data to prove liability. In all cases I have heard only the manufacturer is able to retrieve this data. Perhaps contact Ford. Be mindful about how you go about if they get a hit they could be liable for something they may not play it straight.I should probably add this data may not exist on a ba and if it does and a faulty pedal position sensor is the cause it may not help.
