just have a good look mate and undo all the clips and screws and it will all come off easy ,the plastic bungs with the plastic screws in it are a bugger of a thing to get out sometime .just take it easy and you will sort it out mate

had a go at my utes rear bumper today and there is alota glue on the pieces behind the rear wheel arches and the previous owner damaged the corner pieces so looks like itll have to come off as one complete piece

that's not good news mate ,do you think it will come off all together .just watch not to twist the rear bar as it can give fine cracks in the paint (happened to me )

yes mate ,just take your time with it .my ute is a aluminium tray so I can not even have a look .but I have had the front bumper and guards and bonnet off my ute not long ago .there was no glue used at all

sika flex is hard to get off mate,I use the stuff daily .sorry can not help you there .all I can say that you just have to work from one side to the other by peeling it back .best of luck mate .keep us posted
