Process West site gives you a pretty good idea... My standard rail was fine with twin DW300's and over 400rwkw... But now I have twin walbro 460's and it's just way too much fuel flow for my reg and rail to keep the pressure down

Yeah I have had a good look at the process west setup and pretty much copied it. I can get my base pressure below 2 bar running twin 044's into the standard rail. Seems to be up to the task so far.

Pretty sure you can leave your rail and just add a FPR

I looked into that, I wasn't sure if the adapter that goes onto the rail would provide enough flow? I'm still not sure if the return line back to the tank will flow enough

My best advice that I can give you... Is don't be a scrooge, as you will only have to fork out more money, later down the line. Buy right, buy once...

Haha well on that note I actually bought the turbosmart adapter which just relocates the reg and had a bit of an issue here. Even with modifiying the intank pump I couldn't get base pressure below 3 bar. After I drilled the inner hole bigger it went down. Looking back should have bought a dual entry rail etc lol oh well live and learn.
